Collection American Museum of Natural History collection consists of artifacts from Kodiak include carved ivory miniatures including animals, kayak with paddlers, and a unique button with five faces, hunting & fishing gear such as bows, harpoons, lances, throwing boards, plummets, and other worked stone and bone pieces.
Collection also includes wooden dolls, several skin-kayak miniatures with figurines, woven basketry and woven mats, gutskin bags, braided sinew and plant fiber cordage, oil lamps, mauls, snares, carved spoons, a wooden peg calendar, and a woven telescope case.
