Possibly Alutiiq. These baskets were part of a collection of Alaska Native baskets put together by Mrs. John T. (Lottie) Spickett of Juneau, beginning in the early 1900s. Many of the baskets were photographed by Winter and Pond in Juneau ca. 1915.
