Crochet hook with a tapering round shaft ending in hook. Two bone seals attached to sides of the upper end, conical projection inserts into bone extension with paired carvings of two snow (?) birds, surmounted by two sea otters. Some decoration with a purple pigment in crevices and on seals, birds, and otters.
