Possibly Alutiiq. Wood shaft, V-shaped with ivory barb lashed to shorter side of hook. One piece, totem face carved into longer arm. Barb lashed on with spruce root line. Base of hook also lashed with spruce root line. Leather loop threaded through hole in head of carved figure. 18.9cm long. Totem head 8cm long.
