See 1983.087.005. Differences: two feathers are brown, one mottled brown and tan. The rawhide (gut?) wrapping at the shaft/bone joint is torn and folded in several places. The arrow is part of a larger collection which includes a bow, four arrows, and a wooden quiver for hunting sea otters.
