Sea otter harpoon arrow made of a wooden shaft, with bands of red pigment at the fletching and near the foreshaft. The nock is large and typical of the type. The foreshaft is octagonal and bone. The foreshaft is lashed to the shaft with braided sinew line. Beneath the line next to the bone is a single layer of paper, on which are printed English words. There is no arrowhead, and no fletching. ~root~>
