Sky Pahmeier-Olson

Sky Pahmeier-Olson has been exploring the arts for more than six years.  She learned to sew from her mother, took drawing classes, and taught herself to bead by examining the work of other beaders and experimenting with techniques. Nature is Sky’s greatest inspiration, but she also develops ideas in conversations about art with other people.  Sky enjoys art as a means of self-expression and a way to connect with cultural traditions and her Alutiiq ancestors.
